The Details That Shape a Bistro Table

Friendly guidance, steady pacing and wine knowledge are part of the Martin Place experience guests come back for.

A good city bistro needs pace without losing care. Guests often remember attentive water service, helpful wine guidance, well-timed courses and a room that still feels comfortable when the dining room is full.

At Martin Place, that service style supports everything from pre-show dinners to group lunches and relaxed evenings at the bar.

Breakfast at 1 Elizabeth Street

Weekday breakfast begins at 7am with Loulou's French bistro touch in the centre of Martin Place.

Breakfast brings croissants, viennoiserie, eggs, granola, brioche, Croque Loulou and a Grand Loulou breakfast into the weekday city routine.

The room opens early Monday to Friday, making it a strong meeting point before the CBD day starts moving.

Steak Frites and the City Lunch

Our Martin Place menu gives the CBD day a French bistro centrepiece, from steak frites to seafood and crisp pommes frites.

Our lunch and dinner menus move from fruits de mer and casse-croƻtes into steak frites, duck, seafood and desserts. It is built for a quick CBD table as much as a longer evening with wine.

Guest favourites point to the same rhythm: tartare, chicken liver parfait, octopus, steak frites, duck, pommes frites and profiteroles.
